Chapter 2: "Humanity"
Many of us have dreams, but don't know how to bring them to life.
What if humanity was the key?
What if... a human artist could interpret your AI prompt in only 3 days?
June 6-8, 2023, we challenged 100 human artists worldwide to transform AI prompts
into vibrant artworks across various mediums.
A creative marathon celebrating the limitless potential of human imagination and collaboration.
Collection Theme
“Chapter 2: Humanity” by the Faerian Gallery illuminates the essence of human creativity in an age often overshadowed by artificial intelligence.
Between June 6th and 8th, 2023, over 100 artists from around the world took on a unique challenge: to bring to life AI prompts submitted by the public – not through algorithms, but through the depth and diversity of human talent.
The artists wielded their skills across a spectrum of mediums – from painting to writing, from digital art to music. Each piece in this collection is the result of an intense 3-day creative marathon, where artists breathed life into the dreams and ideas of the public.
To prove the artists were human, the entire process was livestreamed over 72 hours, as artists from different corners of the world designed simultaneously. This wasn’t just an online phenomenon; the livestream was also showcased at the NFC Lisboa conference in June 2023, where a physical screen streamed the creative process to over 4,500 attendees.
What makes “Humanity” distinct is not just the art itself, but the process and collaboration behind it. It’s a celebration of what can be achieved when human minds, hearts, and hands come together. It’s about the stories that can be woven, the emotions that can be captured, and the worlds that can be built when humans are at the helm.
Join us in celebrating “Humanity,” a testament to the boundless potential of human collaboration and creativity, and a journey that was shared with the world in real-time.
