Chapter 3: Darkness

You are invited to participate in our next art collection, where your hidden shadows may find a home in the world of imagination.

You do not need to be an artist. We just need you to be human.

The form to participate below will be open until February 1st, 2025.

Yes, we’d love to see you there. The exhibition opens on February 14th at the Uncommon Gallery in Seoul (Gangnam, near the COEX). The calendar of all the events to come is available here, please register in advance (it’s free):

Yes, they will be traveling from Poland to the exhibition in Seoul! It will be their first time in Asia. It’s very exciting for them. If you’d like to make them visit your favorite places in Seoul, contact us and we can set something up.
We also have 3 dinners planned with the artists that you can join: Dinner 1, Dinner 2, Dinner 3

Once your text is submitted using the form above, three things will happen.

  • First, the curator and the artists will match some “Fears” to their artworks, resulting in an exhibition curated with your potential participation.
  • Secondly, all fears submitted will be publicly available on our website, using the title/pseudonym you provided, on what we call “The Wall of Fears.”
  • Third, an online and digital artbook may be edited and gifted (along with any artwork sales), referencing all the fears submitted. As it is an anonymous submission, you do not retain commercial or editing rights to your participation.

Your fear may also be the basis of inspiration for a new work from an artist. Follow them for more updates!

The form is anonymous so that you can feel free to express your inner feelings without fear of judgment. Given the particular theme of this collection, we know it can be a sensitive subject, so we need you to feel comfortable.

No. Given all the ethical controversies about AI (lack of consent from artists, stolen works), we make sure to select artists who do not use AI as their primary tool of work.

AI may be used for renders or inspiration, just like they would use stock footage, but over 90% of the work will need to be the artist’s.

AI Network is one of our partners for exhibition purposes only.
We will host a debate on the role of AI in art on Saturday 22nd, February, at the gallery. Please register to attend!

Once the curation happens, we will decide with the artists the different ways to offer you the opportunity to collect the art.

As of now, we can tell you there will be limited edition prints, physical sculptures, NFTs, and more options.

Just contact Cynthia at hello@faerian.art to describe your need, and we will put you in touch with the right artist for you.

Yes, we’re open to all continents and countries, particularly Asia and Europe.

We have plans for Paris and London at the moment.

We will keep you updated about future exhibitions. We may add more artists and reopen the form in the future as time progresses.

Feel free to let us know via DM which city you’re in and would like us to visit.

If you are a physical gallery somewhere in the world and would like to host us, contact us at hello@faerian.art.

Created in 2022, Faerian is the first online gallery dedicated to art inspired by imaginary worlds, featuring both digital and physical works from artists around the globe. It is curated by Cynthia Mayer. You can learn more on our page “About Us”.
