Description “This piece is based on a dream that my friend had. I look down at my feet and see only roots.
I feel as if my heart, any moment now, will jump out of my chest, and flee without me.
They force me down on my knees. I hear steps behind. The roots grasp my hands and tighten as if they were made of steel.
I cannot move.
And then… A giant creature walks by me. Its body is made out of bones, grown over by moss, and it coats itself in leaves – as a cape. It turns around and faces me.
Its head… Has tree branches sticking out through its eyes.
I scream, desperately trying to break.
It’s no use. The creature summons a sword, made of wood. One last scream of panic, before the monster raises its weapon…
And then, death came for me and offered me his hand.”
