“We are the essence of our lives, shaped by where we’ve been and where we’re going. All of us are damaged, but being broken is a fundamental part of being human, and we should celebrate our scars rather than hide them.
This artwork is part of a series about people who have had a profound impact on my life and how I think. My art might seem dark and sometimes gloomy, but these individuals have brought so much light into my life, making it worth living.”
