This artwork is the final submission from the artist Tomas Duchek for the ‘Humanity’ event by the Faerian gallery. The artist created this piece in 3 days, inspired by a prompt that was submitted by the public. In a unique twist, instead of being interpreted by an AI, this time the prompt was brought to life by a human artist. The entire creative process was livestreamed online and at the NFC Lisboa event.

Prompt by The Brothers Krynn (Twitter: The Brothers Krynn)
— ‘My prompt would be that of Conan the Cimmerian, the mightiest of Howard’s creations a great hulking warrior of a man who is the very image of the caring, if gruff and cunning monarch.
But as he has never been seen before; perhaps as the Tenth Walker. Let us take a moment to momentarily place him in the context of LOTR, what might have been had he been in Lord of the Rings, had he been a brother in arms to Aragorn son of Arathorn, to Gimli the Chivalric Dwarf, to Legolas the youthful, been a protector of the Hobbits and if he, his lover Valeria of the Red Brotherhood had joined in the defence of Gondor.
I suppose my prompt if you will, is to depict Conan in one scene of LOTR or in a myriad of them. Along with possibly Valeria from the Red Nails story, and to depict him not in a heinous light but as he is in his own tales; a hero no less the equal of the likes of Aragorn or Gandalf in some ways, while still casting them in a great, and magnificent light.’
