The Stars of Elbereth, by Aelin Laer

The Stars of Elbereth, by Aelin Laer

"The Stars of Elbereth"

“The Lady of the Lake” by Aelin Laer is part of the 22 artworks of the Collection #1 of the Faerian gallery on the theme of β€œLight”.

What if you could wear stars on a necklace? Both the jewel and the photo composition capture the mystery herein. It looks as if the light comes from the crystal quartz, instead of merely being reflected by it. It shines freely to symbolize the stars of Elbereth, Valar – equivalent to a goddess – in Tolkien’s world.
