A Place for Dryads, by Winterkeep

A Place for Dryads, by Winterkeep

"A Place for Dryads"

“A Place for Dryads” by Winterkeep is part of the 22 artworks of the Collection #1 of the Faerian gallery on the theme of β€œLight”.

The light at the far end shows that we just might have trespassed a forest line we didn’t know about. We see cocoons that seem to be regenerating, or maybe giving birth to humanlike creatures. The light suggests magic rather than an advanced technology. Are they dryads, fairies or nymphs? It is up to the viewer to build on the story.
